Where is my order?

Order processing

Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days (fulfillment time does not include weekend days)
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders are processed and shipped only on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays).
Each order is subject to bank authorization before being processed. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

 

Cancellation of an order

To cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 0107261682. We will do our best to satisfy any request.

It may happen that our computerized system cancels orders or parts of orders for various reasons, some of which are summarized below:

Product (s) not available.
Payment data processing issues.
Impossibility of sending to the address provided.
Double transmission of the same order.
Canceled by customer request.

If the order is canceled you will receive an email explaining the reason for the cancellation. It will not be charged to your account. To send a new order or to get information about the canceled order, contact Customer Service at 0107261682
